"EXCELLENT"

Riverside Residence Prague is a wonderful place to stay—spacious, clean, and ideally located along the river with easy access to both the city center and peaceful walking areas. The apartments are tastefully furnished, well-equipped, and provide a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and welcoming. One thing to note: during particularly hot summer days, the air conditioning could be improved. While fans are provided and the building stays relatively cool, stronger or more widespread AC would definitely enhance comfort in warmer months. That said, the charm, location, and service more than make up for it. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in Prague.

Super Apartment. Sauber unkompliziert und sehr flexibel. Einziges Problem ist das es vor Ort keine Park Möglichkeit gibt. Allerdings gibt es genügend Garagen im Umkreis.

Prunkvolles Gebäude mit zahlreichen Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten ein Appartement im 7. Stock mit toller Dachterrasse. Check-In war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Our apartments are family-friendly. We can recommend a quieter location for families with children and provide a highchair (free upon request) or a baby cot (for a fee of EUR 20 per day). Please inform us of your needs.

Upon arrival, a refundable damage deposit of EUR 200 will be charged to your credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

General information about the apartments:

The Riverside Residence is situated in a beautiful location on the banks of the Vltava River, near the Dancing House, the National Theater and Vyšehrad. Within walking distance are Prague boardwalks which are part of the Prague Conservation Area and currently are frequently used for shipping as well as for leisure time activities and cultural, gastronomic, sporting and other events. Prague riversides and boardwalks make up a highly attractive panoramic feature of the city and connect people with the city centre.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette/kitchen, seating area with flat-screen TV, satellite channels, heating, bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries, free Wi-Fi. Some of the apartments have a terrace or a view of the Vltava River or the skyline of Prague.

Close to the residence (Janáčkovo nábřeží 19) you will find the most famous theatres, concert halls, historical monuments and plenty of restaurants and shops.
